The IFR (International Federation of Robotics) figures just dropped: it sold more than 200,000 industrial robots in 2014. Never it do as much sold as many robots in the world.
If all geographic areas reflect this growth, it is China and the Korea of the South which are now the most dynamic countries and who actually do take off the market. Alone, China bought 56,000 industrial robots and the IFR figures show that if international robots manufacturers get the lion on the Chinese market share, more than 15,000 were of Chinese origin.
