This robot supports passenger vehicles to park them automatically in the maze of the Paris airport car parks. Named Stan, the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) designed in France is capable of handling 400 parking slots, or 20,000 to 30,000 cars supported each year.
A few months later, Stan finally took his post in terminal E of Roissy airport car parks. With this first deployment, Robotics, the startup created by Clément Boussard Stanley in 2015 comes to a key step in its development, but the french have to fast. Against them stand already several competitors seriously, including the German Serva Ray, deployed at the airport of Düsseldorf as well as in the Audi factories, or more distant way, the robot of the Chinese Yeefung Technology.
